I'm not a story sharer because I fear judgement, but I'd like to share a poem that I have written. Special thanks to everyone who has helped me on my journey, and to Patrick the psychologist whom helped me realise a lot about myself.
Crowded thoughts with tears,
This is what it has been like for many years,
A reason not yet known,
Over time these thoughts have grown.
This is who you have always been,
But not what others around you have seen.
A desire for attention,
Is not something you want to mention.
Watching over, looking in from afar,
Hoping that they know who you are.
Needing them to notice you,
Knowing that’s not what they are going to do.
Don’t mistake this for something it’s not,
Trust me, you haven’t lost the plot,
Infatuation is a short lived feeling.
These thoughts, they have no meaning.
