Had chronic pain in my shoulders and arms. The receptionist was very professional as were all the staff. Dr Paul was totally professional and empathetic. Treacy from home care organised a home care and respite package for the following weeks. The A & E staff are amazing and work really well under busy conditions. Well done to all of you and thank you for your help. You were professional and empathetic. Thanks again.
