"My experience with Camhs."

I started at LK camhs a few years ago and yes it helped, but I found myself actually getting the help I needed when I seen a woman there, Aisling. She helped me beyond words. she did EMDR treatment with me and it allowed me to move forward with my life and get the help I needed. I no longer feel the need to use harmful coping mechanisms and I will remember all the useful things she taught me for the rest of my life. She was always so so lovely to me and never pushed me too much. She let me move at my own pace, which helped a lot. I’ll never forget my experience with camhs because of her. 

Overall, my experience with camhs was actually good. It helped me get through life during the tough moments, and I can’t thank them enough.
