"Feeling emotional"

About: Independent sector / Ballymote FRC Family Therapeutic Services

(as a parent/guardian),

By times my son can get very emotional sometimes over very small things and this then gets him all frustrated and he would find it hard to settle himself to listen to others trying to help him at this point.

He would feel upset and angry when this happens, so I tried to seek some help to help him to regulate his emotions and learn how to deal with them a little bit better.

Thank you so much for your honesty and feed back. I hoped the service helped support you and your son in some way.
