RESPONDING TO CHANGE
Today’s advent will celebrate NHS Grampian, who were the first board in Scotland to participate in our bespoke Mental Health Responder training.
During what has been a difficult time for many, we have seen an increased use of mental health services across the NHS, which has amplified the volume of feedback within these areas too. Responding to these stories can be a daunting prospect and different to other services who receive feedback. NHS Grampian have taken an understanding and supportive approach to this by ensuring that staff have the tools needed to respond to this feedback in a transparent and helpful way. This was achieved through their participation in Care Opinion’s first bespoke Mental Health Responder Training.
