Care Opinion only works if people know about it and understand how it can be helpful.
This applies to patients, carers, staff - everyone! And the more people who know about and can use Care Opinion, the more helpful it can become.
There are many different way people can share their story at Care Opinion:
- OnlineTell your story
- Freepost leaflets -reach people in services where users might not have online access, which ensures that people are not digitally excluded. These leaflets come straight to us and are entered on the website by our staff
- Feedback Link (Kiosk mode) - Use on I pad/tablets within services or email/text out after appointments to invite feedback.
